- Remaining 50% before final delivery/deployment
5.2 Monthly Services (Marketing / Management)
- Paid in advance every month
- Delay beyond 5 days = service suspension
5.3 Custom Projects
- Milestone-based payments (as agreed in proposal)
- Work will proceed only after milestone clearance
5.4 Late Payments
- 5-10% per day late fee may apply after due date
- Services may be paused without notice
5.5 Refund Policy
- No refund once work has started
- Partial refund only if mutually agreed
- Advance payments are generally non-refundable
5.6 Third-Party Costs
- Hosting/domain charges
- Ad spend (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Paid tools/software

Timelines depend on client response and approvals. Delays from the client side may extend delivery timelines.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for the following:
Business losses or revenue impact
Third-party platform changes (Google, Meta, etc.)
Downtime or technical failures beyond our control
8. Service Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if any of the following apply:
